When you submit an inquiry via the contact form, you transmit the following data: first and last name, email address, phone (optional), event type, date, location, number of guests, message. This data is used exclusively to process your inquiry. Transmission is handled by the service provider Web3Forms (web3forms.com). Web3Forms stores the transmitted data for forwarding to our email address and deletes it according to its own policies.
Data collected — Statistical analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 in cookieless mode for statistical analysis of website visits. No cookies and no local storage are set on your device. IP addresses are anonymised, ad personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. A random, short-lived identifier is generated per page view that does not allow recognition across multiple visits or sessions. Data collected — Hosting
The website is delivered via Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects aggregated, anonymous access statistics at edge server level (Cloudflare Web Analytics) — without cookies and without recognition. Operator: Cloudflare Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, California 94107, USA.
Retention
Inquiries submitted via the contact form are retained for as long as necessary to process the hire request. Statistical data is processed anonymously and deleted according to the policies of the respective providers.

Cookies
The website itself sets no cookies. The integrated services (Google Analytics in cookieless mode, Cloudflare) also set no tracking cookies.
